Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 lb. chopped zucchini
    5 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 clove chopped garlic
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown sausage in large pot; drain off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook 45 minutes.
    Makes a large amount and freezes well.
