Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium size potato
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
peanut butter

Preparation

Boil potato with skin on.
Peel and mash while hot.
Add butter and vanilla at once.
Add 1 pound powdered sugar gradually while potato is still hot, as long as mixture will absorb. Mixture will be stiff.
