Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese (not whipped)
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream cheese until soft.
Add sugar, a little at a time, creaming thoroughly.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Enough for 1 loaf cake.
