Fruit, Nut And Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. low-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. cooked turkey breast or 3 c. leftover turkey, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. seedless grapes
    1/2 c. celery, sliced thin
    1/4 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
    lettuce
    coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, curry, salt and pepper.
    Add turkey, pineapple, grapes, celery and walnuts.
    Mix thoroughly and serve on lettuce.
    Sprinkle with coconut if desired.
    Yields 4 to 5 servings.
