Eggs Mexicana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs, mix with 3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
10 stuffed green olives, sliced
1/2 (9 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips, crushed
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (10 oz.) can chili salsa (green)
Preparation

Scramble eggs (with milk), bell pepper, onion and olives. Have ready crushed chips, cheese and salsa.
Mix with scrambled eggs 2 minutes, until blended.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with pint of sour cream.
Return to oven to warm.
