Egg Drop Soup(From China) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped chicken
    4 chopped water chestnuts
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. water
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Bring the broth, chicken and water chestnuts to a boil.
    Mix the cornstarch and water together.
    Pour into soup, stirring constantly.
    Mix in the eggs until set.
    Serve hot.
