Dip For Veggies Or Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small onion
    1 jar chopped pimento
Preparation
    Cook first 5 ingredients in double boiler until thick.
    Mix cream cheese, pimento and onion.
    Add 2 mixtures and beat. Refrigerate and it thickens.
    Serve with veggies or crackers.
