Five Layer Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip
    1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (instant; make ahead by pkg. directions)
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 cup pecans, oleo and flour and press into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake until golden brown.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar after cooling.
    Mix 1 carton Cool Whip and cream cheese. Spread this mixture over the pecan mixture.
    Cover with chocolate pudding.
    Top pudding with 2nd carton of Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle remaining pecans on top.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
