Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
Preparation

Heat milk and butter.
Mix sugar, flour, egg yolks and salt. Add to milk and butter.
Cook until thickened.
Add vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with meringue.
Brown in the oven.
