Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 scant c. sugar
1/4 lb. oleo
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix together.
Put in 8 x 11-inch greased, floured pan. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
