Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    4 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Melt margarine and add to sugar.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
