Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. fillets of flounder (or other white fish)
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash lemon and herb
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine milk and lemon juice in one dish and dry ingredients and mayonnaise in another.
    Dip fillets into milk mixture, then press into crumb mixture, coating both sides.
    Place in shallow pan and bake 10 to 12 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
