Apple Brandy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. brandy
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sliced fresh apples
Preparation
    Combine mixture, then add vanilla, brandy, apples and nuts. Spread into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for abut 40 minutes.
    This cake needs no icing and you don't have to use a mixer.
