Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup uncooked rice
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 can French Onion soup
    1 can Cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup
    6 medium sized pork chops
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Mix together rice, water and soups.
    Pour mixture into 9 X 13 pan that has been prayed with nonstick spray. Lay pork on top and cover with foil.
    Bake for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    You can substitute chicken breasts for pork chops.
