Steak And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sirloin steak
1 c. rice (uncooked; not Minute rice)
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef consomme soup
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cut steak into small strips and brown in skillet in small amount of vegetable oil.
Drain.
Put uncooked rice in a 9 x 9-inch casserole.
Pour soup on top of rice. Add butter and place steak on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, covered.
