Easy Taco Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
    1/2 head lettuce, shredded
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced, ripe olives, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    2/3 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is light brown; drain.
    Stir in seasoning mix and water; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
    Spoon beef mixture onto chips and top with remaining ingredients.
