French Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks. Add rest in above order.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Between frying, mix gently with wire whip.
