Lemon Cake Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 lemon
    3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add juice of lemon, egg yolks, flour and milk.
    Stir well.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into buttered baking dish.
    Place dish in pan of hot water.
    Bake 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
    Extra good with ice cream or whipped cream.
