Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    4 eggs
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 can chicken or celery soup (can use either one)
    1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. grated cheese (sharp or medium)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    In a separate bowl, mix eggs, soups, mayonnaise, cheese and onion.
    Mix together and add broccoli.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (Can make smaller casserole, approximately 8 x 8-inch by cutting recipe in half and using 1 can of soup.)
