Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 stick margarine, melted
2 tsp. vinegar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/8 c. evaporated milk, almost 1/2 c.
1 1/2 tsp. corn meal
Preparation

Combine all
ingredients
and
pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Yield: 1 pie.
