Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large apples, sliced thin
4 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix apples, cinnamon and sugar in medium bowl; let stand.
Mix together remaining ingredients; beat well.
Layer dough mixture and apples in a greased and floured tube pan.
The last layer is of apples.
Bake 1 3/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
Cool in pan until cool.
