Harvest Stewed Corn And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears corn
    3 fresh tomatoes
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    soda crackers
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob.
    Scrape to remove any liquid.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bring to simmer; cover.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes until veggies are cooked.
    Serve in bowls over crumbled soda crackers.
