Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pineapple juice
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2 (16 oz.) pkg. sliced strawberries
1 c. butter
2 c. crushed pretzels
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Heat pineapple juice.
Add strawberry jello.
Add sliced strawberries.
Chill until thickened.
Melt 1 cup butter; add pretzels.
Add sugar and press into oblong pan.
Mix 1 cup sugar, cream cheese (softened) and Cool Whip.
Pour this mixture on top of crust, then pour gelatin mixture on top of that.
Chill until ready to serve.
