Rice And Refried Beans(Guatemala) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Oil
    Onion
    1 cup white rice
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    Shredded carrot
    Salt
    Black beans
    Garlic salt
    Whole garlic
Preparation
    Rice:
    Put a little cooking oil into pan.
    Cook onion until tender and beginning to brown.
    Add 1 cup of rice and let it fry until its begins to change color.
    Add 2 cups of water and chicken bouillon cube.
    Add shredded carrot and salt to taste.
    Bring to boil and cook on low until water is gone-approximately 20 minutes.
