Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 minced garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook together beef, onion and garlic until beef is brown; drain.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
