Whole Egg Custard(Reduced Calories) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. water
    artificial sweetener (your choice)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add other ingredients; beat after each addition.
    Spray custard cups with Pam.
    Pour in mixture.
    Place cups in pan of water.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
