Mission Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (15 oz.) can chile beans, undrained
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 Tbsp. flour (use an extra tsp. flour if watery)
2 tsp. chile powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cheese.
Place in a 2-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer (8 to 12).
