Polichinken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Eggs
    3 c. Milk
    2 c. Flour
Preparation
    Beat the eggs well and add the milk, flour and a pinch of salt.
    Spray pan with PAM, pour 1/4 cup of batter into a sma ll hot frying pan.
    Tilt the pan until it coats the bottom and forms a thin omelette with a ruffled edge.
    Flip onto a plate.
