Witches Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large cooking apples
    1/4 lb. castor sugar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. rum
    crushed vanilla stick
    bread crumbs
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
Preparation
    Bake apples and put through a sieve.
    Mix the crushed pineapple with sugar and stir into apple puree.
    Add rum and egg white.
    Stir until smooth.
