Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 8 quarts popped popcorn
    2 cubes butter or margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. clear corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large pot, melt butter, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add baking soda and vanilla. Stir quickly.
    Pour over popcorn, coating well. Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
