Creamy Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. pineapple juice
    3 large apples, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    leaf lettuce
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl; stir well and set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except lettuce, in medium bowl.
    Add cream cheese mixture and toss gently.
    Cover and chill. Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
