Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 large onion, sliced
    5 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation
    Wash lettuce and spinach; dry well. Slice onions and mushrooms.
    In a large bowl, layer as follows:
    lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, onions and chopped eggs.
    Do not mix.
    Cover and refrigerate.
