Rhubarb Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 (9-inch) pastry
4 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
red food coloring (optional)
Preparation

Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter until crumbly.
Put 1/2 of the crumb mixture into pastry lined 9-inch pan, reserving 1/2 of crumb mixture to put on top.
Cover with rhubarb.
