Egg And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs, grated
    1 doz. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Place eggs
    in
    1
    1/2
    quart
    casserole; mix soup with eggs. Add
    3/4 of cracker crumbs.
    Dot with butter;
    sprinkle remaining crumbs
    on top.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This is a good dish
    to serve for brunch along with Canadian bacon, hot fruit dish, grits and rolls, champagne or coffee.
