Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    2/3 c. fine chopped almonds
    1 small jar pimento
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. mayo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except chips and cheese.
    Best to make a day ahead.
    Put cheese and chips on top before baking at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be served cold.
