Chicken Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced white bread (1 large loaf), remove crust
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    4 c. boiled chicken, cooked and cubed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
    3 c. milk
    3 beaten eggs
    paprika
Preparation
    Line 10 x 13-inch pan with bread.
    Saute onion, celery and pepper in butter.
    Combine with cooked chicken; add mayonnaise. Spread over layer of bread.
    Top with another layer of bread.
    Beat eggs and milk; pour over top.
    Pour mushroom soup over next.
    Top with grated cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bubbly.
    Bake uncovered.
