Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    8 qt. popped corn (remove unpopped kernels)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup and margarine in large, heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add salt, soda and cream of tartar.
    Pour over popped corn.
    Mix thoroughly in large roaster.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
