Sour Cream Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    6 Tbsp. margarine melted and cooled
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar; set aside.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
    Beat egg yolks. Gradually add melted butter, sour cream add buttermilk.
    Mix until smooth, then add flour mixture.
    Gently fold in egg whites.
    Makes 8 large or 12 small waffles.
