Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 2/3 c. milk
2 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin
2 pie shells
Preparation
-
Sift dry ingredients together and stir into eggs.
Add milk and pumpkin.
Pour filling into pie shells.
Bake in very hot oven (450\u00b0) 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to slow (325\u00b0) and bake 35 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
