Festive Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can white whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 medium purple onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
lettuce leaves

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Spoon into a bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
Serve with a slotted spoon.
Mayonnaise or salad dressing may be substituted for Italian salad dressing.
