1 medium-large fish
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped head cabbage
1 c. chopped green or round onion
2 1/2 c. sliced lup chong
salt and pepper to taste
Oriental sausage

Utensils needed:
One large cutting board, spoon, bowl, 1 baking pan, 2 feet of thin foil, 2 to 3 large ti leaves and 1 Habachi or oven.
