Microwave Cranberry Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cranberry juice
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
4 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine juice and Sure-Jell in a 3-quart casserole.
Cook, covered, on High for 11 to 13 minutes or until mixture boils. Stir once during cooking.
Stir in sugar.
Cook, uncovered, on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until mixture boils hard for 1 minute.
Skim off foam.
Pour into jars.
Makes 6 cups.
