Grilled Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. jumbo shrimp
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 garlic cloves
    1-inch piece fresh ginger, seeded and chopped
    grated zest of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 c. orange juice
    4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Peel and clean the shrimp.
    Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl.
    Place shrimp in a large glass bowl.
    Pour marinade over shrimp and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
    Soak bamboo skewers in water.
    Place shrimp on skewers and grill the shrimp 2 minutes on each side, just until they curl and turn pink, brushing with the marinade.
    Serves 6.
