Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. cooked rice
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tsp. red pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 large head cabbage
Preparation

Remove cabbage leaves carefully; wilt in hot water.
Blend beef, rice, butter, tomato sauce, salt, red pepper and cinnamon. Place about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in each leaf; roll up firmly and secure with wooden toothpicks.
Arrange cabbage rolls close together in pan; cover with tomatoes.
Cover; simmer 1 hour and 10 minutes or until beef is done.
Could be baked also in covered casserole.
