Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cabbage
1 small pepper, diced
1 large carrot
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. cider or white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Shred cabbage.
Dice pepper and shred carrot.
Blend mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper and add to vegetables. Toss lightly and refrigerate.
