Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 Ritz crackers, lightly crumbled
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    Cool Whip
    finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff; mix in remaining ingredients and turn into a lightly greased 8-inch pie plate. Bake in a moderate oven until top is very firm, approximately 30 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Cover with Cool Whip and garnish with finely chopped pecans.
