Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hard-boiled egg
    1 c. mayo
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    salt, pepper and parsley to taste
Preparation
    In blender, mix onion and cheese, then add mayo.
    Mix well. Add egg, then salt, pepper and parsley.
    Blend.
    Chill 15 minutes before serving.
