Lorraine'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 to 4 Tbsp. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    4 c. warm milk
    1 pt. sour cream
    cinnamon
    sugar
Preparation
    Mix together as pie crust 4 cups of the flour, the salt, 1 cup sugar and butter or margarine.
    Add the remaining flour and blend. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
    After yeast works well, add to the warm milk.
    Add all to the flour mixture; knead.
    Let rise as usual.
    This can be made into rolls or coffee cake.
    If making coffee cake, after putting into pans, spread a thin coat of sour cream and some sugar on top.
    After rising, bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Add more sour cream; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and return to oven until it bubbles up.
