Frog-Eye Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. acini de pepe
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. fruit juice (drained from fruit)
2 large cans crushed pineapple
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 large Cool Whip
1 can peaches
1 can mandarin oranges
Preparation

Cook noodles separately.
Drain fruit and reserve juices.
Cook over low heat in saucepan the sugar, flour, eggs, salt and fruit juice until thick.
Add to noodles with drained fruit, Cool Whip and marshmallows.
Mix well.
Make day ahead.
