Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; mix lightly until well blended.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan; add meatballs and saute, turning several times for 15 minutes or until evenly browned.
Remove from pan and set aside.
